To meet the physical presence test you must be physically present in a foreign country or countries for at least full days during a month period including some part of the year at issue.

You can count days you spent abroad for any reason, so long as your tax home is in a foreign country. If you are a calendar year taxpayer, an entire tax year is from January 1st through December 31st.

The owner is very kind. I recomendend these place. There are good Taverns around and big sandy beach. Ten minutes drive to the closest major town Lefkimmi and good access to major roads to explore the rest of the island.

Supermarkets, pharmacies and tavernas within easy reach. He even picked us up from the bus station and was always available if we had any questions.

The place was very clean and comfortable, I liked the kitchen the most though. It had everything you could think of, even a little bouquet of herbs which is a very thoughtful detail and came in handy.

The beach is in 5 mins walking distance. View from balcony was awesome. So close to the sea. Really nice personnel. Will be back!
